We are deeply saddened by the loss of lives resulting from the train crash that occurred today (28 October) near Toledo, Spain.
We extend our condolences to the families of those who lost their lives and to the people of Spain, and wish a speedy recovery to the injured.
Based on current information, there are no Turkish citizens among those who lost their lives in the crash, and the developments are being closely monitored by our Embassy in Madrid.
