We are deeply saddened to receive the news that many Nigerien security force members lost their lives in a terrorist attack against the convoy of the officials of the Niger Independent National Election Commission (CENI) in the Tillabery region.
We strongly condemn this terrorist attack. We extend our condolences to the brotherly people and Government of Niger, as well as to the families and relatives of those who lost their lives.
