We learned with deep sorrow that many people were killed and wounded as a result of a terrorist attack to a mosque in western Afghan city of Herat.
We strongly condemn this heinous terrorist attack, which targeted a holy place and innocent people. We wish Allah’s mercy upon those who lost their lives, speedy recovery to the wounded, and convey our condolences to the Government and brotherly people of Afghanistan.
