H.E. Dr. Vivian Balakrishnan, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Singapore, will pay an official visit to Turkey on 5-7 October 2016. Foreign Minister
Balakrishnan will also visit the stall of Singapore in EXPO 2016 Antalya.
On the occasion of the visit, bilateral and regional issues will be discussed.
In addition to the meeting to be held between Foreign Minister Çavuşoğlu and the Guest Minister, he will be received by H.E. Binali Yıldırım, Prime
Minister of the Republic of Turkey and H.E. Mehmet Akif Hamzaçebi, Acting Speaker of the Grand National Assembly.
The relations between Turkey and Singapore was raised to the level of Strategic Partnership during the visit of H.E. Lee Hsien Loong, Prime Minister of
Singapore to Turkey in 2014.
