As in previous years, Turkish authorities are working on the Hajj period of 2016 in coordination with the Saudi Arabian authorities.
In this regard, it has been agreed on the arrangements prescribed by the Saudi Arabian authorities, including security measures, as a result of the meetings held between the two countries about the rules and regulations on prospective Turkish pilgrims who will perform the hajj duty.
The cooperation displayed by the Saudi Arabian authorities regarding the arrangements for Turkish pilgrims is welcomed.
Moreover, necessary preparations are also carried out in coordination with the Saudi Arabian authorities for prospective Syrian pilgrims who will travel to Saudi Arabia from Turkey.
