Press Release Regarding the Terrorist Attack in Iraq

We strongly condemn the terrorist attack at a checkpoint in Hilla, Iraq yesterday (6 March 2016), which resulted in the death or injury of tens of people, and we once more reiterate that we stand by Iraq in its fight against terrorism.

We wish God’s mercy on those who lost their lives in this heinous attack, convey our condolences to their relatives and Iraqi people and wish a speedy recovery to the wounded.
