The Turkish real estate market is once again under the spotlight of property investors from all over the globe. In a report issued by the British daily Financial Times (FT) Turkey’s lucrative real estate sector is said to attract British investors due to low property prices and high rental yields.

Citing the monthly “Global Property Guide”, the FT article listed Turkey with a 5.48 rental yield as the “best place to invest in Europe”, leaving behind countries like France, Spain, and Portugal.
